1. Advance Bank Transfer
The Advance Bank Transfer payment method can be used on all items in the catalog. In the case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the items ordered by the Customer will be held until receipt of proof of the transfer, to be sent to Greco Group S.r.l. (via fax or e-mail) no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The items ordered will be sent only upon actual crediting of the amount due to the Greco Group S.r.l. account, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. After these deadlines, the order will be automatically considered cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must include:
• the order reference number
• the date the order was placed
• the name and surname of the person placing the order
2. PayPal
By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal website where you can make the payment by credit card or prepaid card. If you are registered, you will enter your email address and password and make the payment. If you are not, the information you will need to provide to make the payment includes the details of the credit or prepaid card and some personal information that PayPal will retain in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your financial data will not be shared with Greco Group S.r.l. but will be managed directly by PayPal. In the event of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Greco Group S.r.l., the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Greco Group S.r.l. will not be liable for delays and/or damages caused during the refund process.

4. Cash on delivery
In the case of purchases with Cash on delivery, an additional contribution of 6.00 Euros or 3% for purchases over 200.00 Euros will be applied to the total amount, as clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. Payment must be made exclusively with cash (BANK cheques will not be accepted by the courier). The communication to the Customer of which courier will be responsible for the delivery will be made using the methods provided on the site. Nothing more than what is indicated at the time of the order will be due by the Customer.
5. PostePay top-up
What is a PostePay top-up?
The PostePay top-up is a payment method that can be made at any post office or conveniently at home on the internet.
5.1 How to top up your PostePay at the post office:
The form to top up your Post Office is available at the post office closest to your home. You can find it inside the office or ask for it at a counter. After filling out the form with the data we will have sent you by email, you will have to hand it in at a counter. The employee will give you a copy of the form as proof of payment.
