1. All products sold by Greco Group S.r.l. are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the receipt or invoice (or DDT) received attached to the order.

2. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and repair requested by the Authorized Service, as well as the transport costs for the return to the Customer, if incurred by Greco Group S.r.l..

3. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). If an entrepreneur - even an individual - purchases a good that is attracted in the sphere of business or profession, Decree 24/02 does not apply, but the 12-month conventional warranty pursuant to Art. 1490/1512 persists. In the event of a lack of conformity, Greco Group S.r.l. will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the conformity of the product by repair/replacement (in this case the shipping costs related to the return of the goods to the Customer are borne by Greco Group S.r.l.) or by reducing the price, up to the termination of the contract. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by Greco Group S.r.l..

4. Replacements in the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working upon delivery) occur only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. By law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods to Greco Group S.r.l. are borne by the Customer. The times for replacement or possible repair of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.

5. In the event that, for any reason, Greco Group S.r.l. is unable to return a product under warranty (repaired or replaced) to its customer, Greco Group S.r.l. may proceed at its own discretion to refund the entire amount paid (an amount that does not include shipping costs related to the return of the goods) or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.

6. No damages can be requested from Greco Group S.r.l. for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

7. In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). In accordance with the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods to Greco Group S.r.l. are, in any case, always borne by the Customer. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box. In all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging should be avoided.
